Everest Group’s Managing Partner, Eric Simonson, will be moderating a panel discussion, titled Augmenting Digital Readiness for a Future-ready Workforce, on September 14. The panel includes Christian Eggers, Executive General Manager Strategy, Performance, and Program Delivery, Enterprise Services at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Paul Raddon, General Manager and Global Head of Operations at HSBC Global Service Centers, and Rajesh Ojha, Managing Director & India Market Unit Lead for GCC Business at Accenture.

The speakers will discuss how, in today’s day and age, when digital dexterity is an organization-wide competency, leaders should ponder ways that technology can play a pivotal role in developing and growing a learning culture to drive business outcomes.

The theme of the conclave is The Hybrid Reality: New Frontiers for GCC Success. The event will explore the new playbook for GCC leaders, the huge opportunity to deliver value, and the attributes towards building a more impactful and sustainable business model.
