Anubhav Das is a Practice Director on the Business Process Services (BPS) team, where he manages the Customer Experience Management (CXM) outsourcing offerings. His expertise spans topics in CX technology areas such as Conversational AI, CCaaS, CPaaS, and other adjacent contact center technologies. He has assisted clients in strategic planning initiatives, such as market entry studies, M&A target identification, competitive intelligence, product evaluation, go-to-market strategy, and services transformation storylines.
Before joining Everest Group, he was a member of the Intelligent & Connected Operations Practice at IBM, where he gained experience as a business analyst for both client-facing and internal engagements.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.
