Vivek Kumar

Vivek Kumar is a Practice Director on the Business Process Services team at Everest Group, where he oversees the healthcare program.

Vivek advises clients on opportunity assessment, business process optimization, go-to-market planning, growth roadmap, and competitive intelligence. He has authored industry reports on topics such as revenue cycle management, business process as-a-service, and customer experience in healthcare.

Before joining Everest Group, Vivek worked in operations and corporate planning at Coal India Ltd. He holds a master’s degree in business administration in strategy and operations from IIM Lucknow, as well as a bachelor’s and master’s degree in applied geology from IIT Kharagpur.
