Era Singh

Era Singh is a Practice Director within the HR and talent team. With a focus on digital adoption platforms, learning and development technology, and people analytics, she assists clients in driving strategic talent and transformation initiatives. In addition to authoring multiple industry reports and thought leadership pieces, she has advised clients on go-to-market strategy, mergers and acquisitions support, and competitor intelligence.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Era worked with Deloitte and Yes Bank. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgao, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi.
