In her role, Madhurima leads flagship research assessments, providing comprehensive market analysis, evaluating provider capabilities, and identifying emerging technology trends.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Madhurima was an associate manager with HCLTech. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
