Arushi Gupta

Arushi is a Practice Director at Everest Group, specializing in the Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services sector. In her role, she assists leading enterprises on advancing their global sourcing and shoring growth and evolution strategies, focusing on talent and workforce management, location selection, portfolio optimization, cost benchmarking, peer intelligence, organizational restructuring, and enhancing the GBS/Shared services value proposition.

In addition to her advisory role, she also manages Everest Group’s GBS/Shared services membership program, and drives publication of insightful research and though leadership. Her expertise overs a range of topics, including implementing effective change management strategies, building Centers of Excellence (CoEs), driving structural innovation, and navigating the future of work at GBS.

Prior to Everest Group, Arushi worked as associate at Bain and Co. (BCN) and Gartner. She holds a master’s in business administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree from Gargi College, University of Delhi.
