Dave Gens

Dave Gens serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Everest Group. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s financial strategy and operations. He is a distinguished global finance professional with over 25 years of multinational experience, leading financial operations in more than 30 countries.

Before Everest Group, Dave held Chief Financial Officer positions with various high-growth, global middle-market companies, including ATL Technology, Higher Ed Partners, Frost and Sullivan, and Altify.

Dave has been instrumental in supporting organizations to grow intelligently, both organically and via acquisitions, with over 25 middle-market transactions in his career. As a Certified Public Accountant, he earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington and a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Delaware.
