Eric is a Managing Partner at Everest Group, the leading source of fact-based research and decision support for the tech and tech services communities. His areas of expertise center around how service delivery models are being disrupted due to changes in technology, talent models, and new ways of working.
Before Everest Group, Eric was a consultant with McKinsey & Company for eight years, assisting leading companies with issues related to strategy, organization, and operations. His client work focused on sales and marketing improvement levers across consumer and B2B industries.
Eric holds bachelor and master of science degrees, both in mechanical engineering, from Texas A&M University.
