Harpreet Makan

Harpreet Makan is a Practice Director at Everest Group and a member of the Service Optimization Technologies (SOT) team. She assists clients on topics related to technologies that are disrupting the way global services are delivered, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and process mining.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Harpreet was with Star India Private Limited in its Product Revenue and Strategy (PRS) division. She holds a master’s in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM-L), Lucknow, India, and a bachelor’s of technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Jabalpur, India.
