Lalith Kumar is a Practice Director at Everest Group, where he assists clients in addressing a variety of complex challenges related to horizontal technology topics, with a primary focus on application services. He works closely with clients to deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations, empowering them to make informed decisions across critical areas such as application transformation, application management, enterprise integration, and observability.

In his current role, Lalith collaborates extensively with service providers and technology vendors, helping them solve their complex business problems. His expertise spans market assessments, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, capability benchmarking, thought leadership, and sales enablement.

Before joining Everest Group, Lalith served as a presales consultant at Cognizant, driving business development efforts.

Lalith holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of management (IIM) Rohtak and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
