Manish Malik

Manish Malik is a Practice Director at Everest Group and specializes in commercial and solutions analytics. In this role, he advises clients on price benchmarking, solution assessments, and contract evaluations for Business Process Services (BPS), with a specialized focus on the BFSI and healthcare verticals.

With deep expertise in Global Capability Centers (GCC) setup, Manish has guided clients through Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) and assisted captive models, providing strategic and commercial support to optimize their operations and aiding with vendor selection.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Manish was part of Bain & Company’s transfer pricing team, where he supported global offices in benchmarking international transactions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
