Patricia Blair

Patricia Blair, Sr. Vice President, leads Everest Group’s business operations and technology group. She manages research and data operations, as well as automation and digitalization initiatives. Patricia fervently believes that technology can deliver positive change when used effectively and wisely.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Patricia operated in the digital space in various roles. From her start as a consultant with Bain & Company to her years in Marketing leadership, she finally found her passion: digital. For the last two decades, she has helped Fortune 500 companies improve their organizations, created and operationalized marketing strategies, launched websites, and optimized operations. The common thread throughout her career was and is leveraging technology to achieve desired outcomes.

Patricia graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin. She also holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
