She works closely with clients to refine their digital workplace strategies, enhance IT service delivery, and drive operational excellence.

Before joining Everest Group, Prabhneet was part of the Digital Workplace business unity at HCLTech, where she played a pivotal role in empowering marquee clients through strategic solutioning and leading impactful workplace transformation initiatives.

Prabhneet holds a post-graduate diploma in management (PGDM) from the International Management Institute, New Delhi.
