Prachi Ahuja is a Practice Director at Everest Group, specializing in human resources and talent acquisition technology platforms, rewards and recognition (R&R) solutions, and vendor management systems (VMS). With six years of experience, Prachi has a proven track record of driving strategic insights and actionable recommendations for clients navigating the complex landscape of workforce solutions and technologies.

In her role, Prachi leads research initiatives and advisory engagements, helping organizations optimize their HR processes and adopt innovative technologies to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. She provides in-depth expertise in assessing market trends, evaluating vendor capabilities, and guiding clients in selecting and implementing solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Before joining Everest Group, Prachi worked as a Strategy Research Manager at The Smart Cube, where she contributed to high-impact projects involving competitor analysis and custom research engagements for consulting clients.

Prachi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (Hons) from Delhi University and a master’s degree in business administration in marketing from Christ University, Bangalore.
