Priyanka Mitra is a Vice President at Everest Group and leads efforts in HR outsourcing. Leveraging her strong consulting and research experience, she has advised many global service providers and enterprises across industries in services-related strategic decision-making around digital transformation, product strategy, go-to-market strategy, and delivery optimization. She has authored numerous industry reports on the HR services & technology market and drives thought leadership pieces across these areas for the firm.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Priyanka worked as a Senior Systems Engineer with Infosys Limited.

She holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a bachelor’s degree in Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
