Soumalya Mukhopadhaya

Soumalya is a Practice Director at Everest Group where he manages Everest Groups employer of records and multi-country payroll offerings.

He brings forth almost a decade of industry experience in the HR and talent field and has advised many global clients on talent acquisition, workforce strategy and planning, payroll, org design, and process re-engineering. He also has extensive experience in business development, marketing and client stakeholder management.

Soumalya has led and authored reports on employer of records and payroll technology and drives thought leadership pieces on latest trends and developments in the payroll and employer of records space for the firm. Prior to joining Everest Group, Soumalya worked as a senior consultant with Deloitte USI. He holds a master’s degree in business analytics from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune.
